Congratulations on your new pad card

Our youngest son just moved into his first apartment so we now have an empty nest. :( It is definitely going to take some getting used to after having a household of 5 for all those years. But even though it is much too quiet around here, I am very happy for him. So this is a card I mailed to him and luckily it was the first piece of mail he received at his "new pad". Said it made his day!! :)
