Birthday Card for Grandson

It's hard to believe but my little grandson just turned two yesterday.  He had a John Deere themed party so I made this card for him . I found several tractor ideas online and combined several of them to come up with this. Amazing that it is all made with punches!! Needless to say he was thrilled with his "green tractor card" as he called it!

School's out for summer!

Last Wednesday was the last day of school here and today was my last day of work. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!! To celebrate the last day of school I made these cute lttle lemonade cards I found online here . I thought they were so adorable so I made several of them with a drink coupon for Sonic inside for several of the staff members. They loved them!! They were so fun to make and give!! Thanks for stopping by!

We have several people retiring at the end of the school year and these are the cards I made for them. A very super quick and easy card!!!  I decided to make them all the same and even made an extra for my stash while I had all the supplies out just in case someone else decides to retire at the last minute. Only 3 days of school left...WHOOO HOOO!! I don't know who is more excited, the students or the staff!!!! LOL
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my blog! Hope you are having a wonderful weekend!!

Supplies used: Birds and Swirls CB embossing folder, SU Whisper White cardstock, PTI Ocean Tides cardstock and satin ribbon, sentiment is computer generated.

Sympathy Cards

Unfortunately I needed to make a couple of sympathy cards this week. I always struggle to make these kinds of cards. I decided to go with the SU Manhattan Rose embossing folder and use some of my new linen vellum from Papertrey Ink for the embossed part. I really like it because the adhesive doesn't show through like the regular vellum.

Teacher Appreciation Week Goodies

These are some little mint pattie goodies that I made to put in staff mailboxes one day this week as part of Teacher Appreciation Week. One side has the stamped apple image and the other side is a thank you for all you do. I made them for all the teachers as well as all the support staff too.

My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #12

This was the last challenge for National Scrapbook Day on My Pink Stamper. For this challenge we were suppose to use a critter or animal on our project. Just got this new Create a Critter cartridge and couldn't wait to give it a try. Decided to try out this cute little butterfly-added some stickles to her wings and antennas for a quick and easy birthday card. Hope you had a great National Scrapbook Day and are having a fantastic weekend!!!

My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #11-Colors of the Rainbow

"Colors of the Rainbow" was what this challenge was. Make a card or project using one or more of the colors of the rainbow. Very quick and easy card!!

My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #7

Here is my card for the "Dad" challenge. It could be for your Dad or the guy in your life. Since my Dad passed away a few years ago I made this Father's Day card for my hubby.

My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #6

This was a fun challenge. We were to make something with a child or for a child. Normally my granddaughter would have helped me out with this challenge because she is so into cardmaking even at only 6 years old, but I decided to make a card for her. She will be graduating from Kindergarten in a couple of weeks and since there is a big celebration at her school that day, I decided to make her a graduation card. And of course it had to be Hello Kitty because she is really into that too!!! It's hard to believe our little girl is growing up so fast. Thanks for looking and Happy Stamping!

My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #5

For this challenge we were to make something for Teacher Appreciation Week or for someone we appreciate. I am currently working on some things for Teacher Appreciation Week for the staff at the school where I work but don't have them done yet but I did make this card for the school nurse for School Nurse Day on May 12th. She is such a sweet person and I appreciate her so much!!!

My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #2

For this challenge we were to use scraps. Gotta love these kind of challenges because if you are like me, you have plenty of scraps!!

My Pink Stamper National Scrapbook Day Challenge #1

This challenge was to make a card or scrapbook page for your mother or someone dear to you. Since my mother passed away several years ago, I made this card and coordinating envelope for my 96 year old grandmother for Mother's Day. I am so lucky to have her in my life...she is a wonderful lady!!
